Our absolute favourite cheese shop is Fromagerie Porcheret in Dijon. They mature their cheeses in their cellars (you can see them through the glass floor), with an outstanding selection from all over France, and some interesting well kept specialities from the UK -stilton of course! Corsica, Portugal - the sheep cheese is just amazing when they have it. However for a Comte fermier 18 months, look no further, one of the finest cheeses you will ever taste.
